Cleaner & Customer Liaison Assistant

REQUIRED TO WORK WITH CLEANING TEAM IN A MEDICAL CENTRE

PART TIME – 1.5 (One and a half) HOURS PER DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK

EARLY MORNING HOURS – 6.00AM to 7.30AM

RATE: 9.50 PER HOUR

Customer Liaison Assistant duties include:

  • Meet and discuss any issues that arises with the surgery staff (As needed)
  • Contact Manager to report any incident that need attention.
  • Monthly order of supplies & sometimes Equipment
  • Make regular checks on the job done by other cleaners
  • Advising cleaners on improvement (As needed)
  • Completing some paperwork
  • Relaying complaints to Manager (from both staff and customers)
  • Explaining details of cleaning jobs to new staff (phone)
  • Helping to introduce new cleaning staff to the job
  • Relaying holiday request to Manager
  • Requesting for holiday cover to Manager (cover for cleaners going on holiday)
 

Cleaning duties include :

  • General office Cleaning
  • Cleaning toilets

QUALIFICATIONS

None required. However, must speak, read and write in English.

SKILLS NEEDED

  • A serious and responsible attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Calm and patient in speaking with customers
  • Ability to speak to others about THEIR work
  • Being punctual 
  • Accuracy at record keeping and reporting
  • IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise your own work and other people’s
  • Excellent telephone manners
